Uses: pneumatic tire parts,
solid tire, moving tape, rubber duct, rubber band,cable ,
automobile bumper,rubber articulates,and other products for
general use in the rubber industry. All these products are
in the dynamic work ng state, continuous or intermittent and
therefore require protection from ozone. 4020 (6PPD) is highly
effective in antioxidation and gives the rubber material excellent
thermal fatigue property and bending strength and stiffness.
4020 (6PPD) also makes rubberres istant to the degradation
catalyzed by copper and other metal.
Package: Paper-plastic complex
package with inner polyethylene (or packed upon request from
the clients) , net weight 25kg/pack. 4020 should not be piled
up over one another and should be stored at a cool and dry
place with ventilation. Direct sunlight should be avoided.
Piling up over one another or a temperature of over 35οC
will lead to abnormal compression of the product.
